Booking conditions The following Terms and Conditions apply to all individual bookings made with MKK Hotels Ltd T/A Heritage Park Hotel We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking. Group Bookings are subject to separate Terms & Conditions that will be given at the time of making a group booking.The Organisation enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:“The Agreement” is your Booking Confirmation and the Terms and Conditions;
“The Organisation” is MKK Hotels Ltd
“The Hotel” is the premises for which your Booking is made;
“The Booking(s)” includes accommodation, functions and any event bookings made;
“The Guest(s)” is the person, organisation, organisation or other body responsible for making the Booking
Bookings & PaymentsAll bookings are subject to availability and The Heritage Park Hotel reserve the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion.All bookings require a credit/debit card to guarantee the reservation.Certain offers and rates require full payment at time of booking whichis non-refundable and non-transferable.All reservations require guests to fully pay for the accommodation package on arrival at the hotel with the exception of (4) above which isalready pre-paid.
ChargesAll rates quoted are per person for the duration of your stay.All rates include UK VAT at the current rate and any local taxes.On check in, the front desk will verify your check out date. Ratesquoted are based on the check in date and length of stay you specified. Shouldyou choose to depart early the daily rate for the nights you have stayed may bealtered and charged at full published rate. If you are on a package the fullamount the stay will be charged and there will be no refund for the portion youhave not taken up. MKK Hotels Ltd T/A Heritage Park Hotel reserve the right to cancelor modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged ininappropriate activity to gain a preferential rate.Additional services purchased during your stay may be charged to your roomaccount and paid on departure, only if you have pre-authorised a credit cardwith reception on check-in. If a card is not pre-authorised, any additionalservices are required to be paid by cash at point of purchase.

Infectious orContagious Medical ConditionsIf MKK Hotels Ltd T/A Heritage Park Hotel believe that there is a situation which requires us to protect the health ofother guests and staff, we will cancel a booking if you or any member of yourparty has or just had an infectious or contagious medical condition. During aholiday, we will ask any, or all of you to refrain from participating incertain activities, ask you to leave public areas, or ask you to remain in yourguest rooms should we in our sole discretion consider it necessary. You shouldinform us immediately should any such condition develop within four (4) weeksof your arrival or whilst you are on holiday with us.
Booked Guests staying may use the Fitness facility throughout theduration of their stay subject to the opening hours of that facility. Pleasecontact the Hotel for details of their opening hours. A condition of using thefacilities is that you must comply with the Hotel’s rules.Children less than16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times and may use thefacilities until 9.00 p.m. For health and safety reasons children under 16 arenot permitted to use gym equipment.At certain times,facilities may become unavailable due to maintenance, adverse weatherconditions or other reasons beyond our control. We will attempt to keep allhotel guests informed of these circumstances however this may not always be possible.If any facility is a significant reason for your choice of hotel, we wouldadvise you to check directly with the hotel in advance of arrival.
We have a hotel car park, there may be limited spaces available, parking iscomplimentary and Theft, loss or damage is totally at your own risk.Hotel Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year some of our hotelsmay host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusionon your stay.
The Organisation’s liability where accommodation is booked for Guest belongingsis generally limited under the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.
If you have aproblem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bringit to the attention of the hotel management at the time to ensure that we have anopportunity to rectify the problem during your stay.
Licensing andStatutory Regulations
The Organisation, Hotel, functions and conferences within it are subject toStatutory Regulations including those relating to fire precautions andentertainment. The regulations must be strictly observed and a copy is availablefrom the Hotel. The provisions of the Licensing Act 1964 as amended mustbe observed.
Hotel ProprietorsAct 1956
This Agreement does not affect any rights, which the Guest may have under theHotel Proprietor’s Act 1956, where this act applies
The Organisation shall not be in breach of this Agreement if it does notprovide the services under this Agreement due to the following circumstances:· Industrial action by the Organisation’s employees· Industrial action by the staff of one of the Organisation’s suppliers· Fire, lighting, explosion, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage,extreme weather conditions, storm, flood, burst pipes, earthquake, volcaniceruptions, terrorism and the Hotel being damaged or destroyed.· Postal bookings which do not reach the Organisation· Breakdown of machinery, or any failure to supply the Hotel with gas,electricity, water and so on, outside the control of the Organisation.If any of the aboveoccurs the Organisation will do its best to avoid any inconvenience to you or you’reGuests.
The Organisation shall have the ability to assign, subcontract ortransfer any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement as it sees fit.
Third Party Rights
None of the terms of the Agreement are intended to be enforceable by anythird party nor is it intended that this Agreement will confer any right on anyperson pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
No variation of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is in writingand signed by, or on behalf of, each of the parties.
Failure to exercise, or any delay in exercising, any right or remedyprovided under this Agreement by law to the Organisation shall notconstitute a waiver of that (or any other) right or remedy, nor shall itpreclude or restrict any further exercise of that (or any other) right orremedy.
If any provision of the Agreement (or part of any provision) is found bya court to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision orpart-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed not to form part ofthis Agreement, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions ofthis Agreement shall not be affected.
Right of Set Off
The Organisation shall have the ability to deduct any sums owed to it bythe Guest against any sums it owes whether any such sum is present orfuture (whensoever arising), liquidated or unliquidated, under this Agreementor not. Any exercise by the Organisation of its rights under this clauseshall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to itunder this Agreement or otherwise.
The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and theCourts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle anydispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Agreement or itssubject matter or formation
